If you follow me on Instagram, you may have seen me posing occasionally with a huge jar of pink smoothie and many of you were intrigued about what I was drinking. I can assure you that the pretty pink smoothie is not only pleasing on eyes, it tastes amazing too, and not to mention the health benefits. So without any further ado, let me show you how I make this smoothie.
- 1 Banana
- Handful of mixed berries
- Two spoons oats
- 1 spoon chai seeds
- 1/2 spoon cacao seeds (This adds nice crunch)
- 2 spoons yogurt
- Little bit of peanut butter
Put all the ingredients together in a blender, add some water if it’s needed, and you are good to go!
