Yes, let’s address the elephant in the room- my over the knee boots. I know that this style had been on trend for quite a while now. When the blogging world was going crazy over this trend, I was busy researching about maternity bras and panties. Recently, while I was browsing the Office website, I noticed that these boots were on sale and that’s it, I immediately bought them. I have so many ideas to style them, but I went with this simple look for the first time wear because it was chilly on that particular day and I didn’t want to get cold while wearing these boots with either a skirt or a dress.
I must tell you that these boots are very comfortable to walk in, they fit snugly around the thigh area and they don’t slip down, while walking.
If you are interested, these boots are still on sale and available here.
Enough about shoes, let’s talk about what else I am wearing! I wore this outfit to meet my friends for lunch. Last weekend, all my friends and I went to have lunch at a Pakistani restaurant called Royal Nawab. It’s not a fancy restaurant but it is a place for food lovers. It has loads and loads of variety of Pakistani style vegetarian and non- vegetarian starters, biryani, curries, roties and desserts, everything offered in the form of buffet. I literally raided the dessert department. I am sure that they will recognise me if I go there again :D. We ended the gluttony with a sweet paan. All and all it was good day! If you love good food, I would recommend it but don’t go there if you are expecting romantic or quiet ambience.
The stretchable leggings and the shirt made it possible for me to stuff all the food in 😀
I am wearing:
Jacket: All Saints
Foundation: Nars velvet matte skin tint in Malaga
Lipstick: Nars l/s in Scarlet Empress
