Cinque Terre: Riomaggiore, Manarola and Corniglia

Cinque Terre can be translated as Five Lands in Italian, which as the name suggests, consists of five villages. This region is part of the coast on the Italian Riviera. We decided to spend a total of two days in these tiny villages, they are 5 minutes part from each other by the train. On the first day, we visited the first three villages, Riomaggiore, Manarola and Corniglia. All these places are famous for lemons, olives, Cinque Terre wine, pesto and colourful houses perched on the hill top. The pictures will tell the remaining story.
