Inner Peace

Every person goes through a phase in which he/she feels really low and thinks that nothing is working . Even I go through that phase sometimes and It can be quite nerve wrecking. So here I am to let you know the ways I deal with such situation.

My mantra is to be strong, confident and have some peace of mind. So here are some tips:
  • For inner peace what I try to do is I get up half an hour early than my usual time in the morning. I sit in a position as if I am meditating .Something like as shown in the picture below

 After sitting in this position I just try to say to myself "I am confident and happy person" . I don't know the reason but this helps me to become a  calmer person.

  • The other thing that helps me stay positive is do some positive and constructive deed. Like helping someone at work, posting a blog post, making a video, talking to an old friend. Anything that makes me happy .
  • Then the third but more effective thing I do is to count the positives and advantages I have .For Ex.
  1. Amazing husband
  2. Loving parents
  3. Good job
  4. Good friends
Believe me all these techniques really help me(Look at me I am blogging at 5.30 in the morning and I am already feeling so positive and full of energy. I am going to have a good day) . I am sure it will help you guys too.
